Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or flawed, we’ll make it right.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or issue.
• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the magic may already be in progress and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
