At The Enchanted Jar, every parcel is sent with care, love, and a sprinkle of magic. Please read below for all the details about how your enchanted goods arrive safely at your door.


Processing Times

All orders are made to order or in small, ready-to-ship batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your package. During high-volume times (seasonal launches, holidays), this may extend slightly — thank you for your patience as we craft your items with intention.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, with tracking provided. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s magical journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once a package leaves our hands, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or postal disruptions are beyond our control.

If your package seems lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@theenchantedjar.com, and we’ll do what we can to help you locate it.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the item as needed.


Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If an error is noticed after placing the order, contact us immediately to correct it.
